### sec.314 Application for termination for incompatibility
This section applies only to a residential tenancy that is a short tenancy (moveable dwelling).
The tenant may apply to a tribunal for a termination order because the tenant and lessor are incompatible in a way that makes it desirable, in the interests of both parties, for the agreement to end.
An application under this section is called an application made because of incompatibility .
