### sec.313 Application for termination for lessor’s objectionable behaviour
The tenant may apply to a tribunal for a termination order because the lessor has harassed, intimidated or verbally abused—
the tenant; or
another person occupying, or allowed on, the premises.
An application made under this section is called an application made because of objectionable behaviour .

(sec.313-ssec.1) The tenant may apply to a tribunal for a termination order because the lessor has harassed, intimidated or verbally abused— the tenant; or another person occupying, or allowed on, the premises.
