### sec.290F Notice to leave if entitlement to student accommodation ends
This section applies if—
premises are used for student accommodation; and
the tenant’s entitlement to occupy the premises depends on the tenant being a student.
The lessor may give a notice to leave the premises to the tenant if the tenant stops being a student.
A notice to leave under this section is called a notice to leave for ending of entitlement to student accommodation .
This section does not apply to moveable dwelling premises in a moveable dwelling park.
In this section—
student means a person enrolled in a course that, under the Social Security Act 1991 (Cwlth) , section 569B , is an approved course of education or study for section 569A (b) of that Act.
student accommodation means premises primarily used to provide accommodation to persons who are students.

(sec.290F-ssec.1) This section applies if— premises are used for student accommodation; and the tenant’s entitlement to occupy the premises depends on the tenant being a student.
