### sec.290E Notice to leave for change of use
The lessor may give a notice to leave the premises to the tenant if—
the lessor requires the premises for a use other than residential tenancy; or
the lessor will require the premises for the other use for a period of at least 6 months.
A notice to leave under this section is called a notice to leave for change of use .
This section does not apply to a residential tenancy that is a short tenancy (moveable dwelling).

(sec.290E-ssec.1) The lessor may give a notice to leave the premises to the tenant if— the lessor requires the premises for a use other than residential tenancy; or the lessor will require the premises for the other use for a period of at least 6 months.
(sec.290E-ssec.2) A notice to leave under this section is called a notice to leave for change of use .
(sec.290E-ssec.3) This section does not apply to a residential tenancy that is a short tenancy (moveable dwelling).
- (a) the lessor requires the premises for a use other than residential tenancy; or
- (b) the lessor will require the premises for the other use for a period of at least 6 months.
