### sec.189 Tenant’s obligations for facilities in moveable dwelling parks This section applies only to an agreement for moveable dwelling premises in a moveable dwelling park. The tenant must not— do anything to a facility in the park that makes the facility unfit for use or detracts from its appearance; or intentionally or negligently damage a facility in the park.
