### sec.187 Lessor’s obligations for moveable dwelling site
This section applies to an agreement only if—
the premises are moveable dwelling premises consisting only of the site for the dwelling; and
the tenancy is a long tenancy (moveable dwelling).
At the start of the tenancy, the lessor must ensure—
the premises are clean and are a fit site for a moveable dwelling; and
the premises otherwise complies with any prescribed minimum housing standards applying to the premises.
While the tenancy continues, the lessor—
must ensure—
the premises remain a fit site for a moveable dwelling; and
the premises otherwise complies with any prescribed minimum housing standards applying to the premises; and
may make any improvements to the premises the lessor considers appropriate.
