### sec.147 Order for payment if guilty of offence
If a person is found guilty of an offence against section 116 , 117 , 118 or 119 , the court making the finding may order the person to pay to the authority, within a stated time, an amount equal to the rental bond.
The court may make the order as well as imposing a penalty for the offence.
An amount ordered to be paid by a person may be recovered by the authority as a debt owing to it by the person.
Subsection (1) does not limit the court’s powers under the Penalties and Sentences Act 1992 or another law.
