### sec.140 Withdrawal of application
This section applies to an application to the authority for the payment of a rental bond.
If there is only 1 applicant and the application is withdrawn before the authority makes a payment directed by it, the authority must stop dealing with it.
For an application with 2 or more applicants—
if all of the applicants withdraw before the authority makes a payment directed by the application, the authority must stop dealing with it; or
if 1 or more, but not all, of the applicants withdraw before the authority makes a payment directed by the application, the authority must deal with it as an application made by the remaining applicants.
(sec.140-ssec.1) This section applies to an application to the authority for the payment of a rental bond.
