### sec.135A Application of subdivision This subdivision applies to an application to the authority for payment of a rental bond made by a tenant or resident who, after experiencing domestic violence— ended a residential tenancy agreement or an interest in an agreement under chapter 5 , part 1 , division 3 , subdivision 2A ; or ended a rooming accommodation agreement or an interest in an agreement under chapter 5 , part 2 , division 3 , subdivision 2A . If an application to the authority for payment of a rental bond is made by a person mentioned in subsection (1) , subdivisions 2 and 3 do not apply to the application.
