### sec.135 Application only by some contributors This section applies if the application is made by some, but not all, of the contributors and not jointly with the lessor or provider. If the application directs that a payment be made to the lessor or provider— the authority must make the payment as required under subdivision 4 ; and each non-applicant contributor is an interested person for the payment. If the application directs that a payment be made to a contributor— the authority must make the payment as required under subdivision 4 ; and the lessor or provider and each non-applicant contributor are interested persons for the payment.
