### sec.129 Application only by contributor This section applies if the application is made by the contributor only. If the application directs that a payment be made to the lessor or provider, the authority must make the payment. If the application directs that a payment be made to the contributor— the authority must make the payment as required under subdivision 4 ; and the lessor or provider is the interested person for the payment. s 129 amd 2021 No. 19 s 107 s ch 1 pt 1 (sec.129-ssec.1) This section applies if the application is made by the contributor only. (sec.129-ssec.2) If the application directs that a payment be made to the lessor or provider, the authority must make the payment. (sec.129-ssec.3) If the application directs that a payment be made to the contributor— the authority must make the payment as required under subdivision 4 ; and the lessor or provider is the interested person for the payment. - (a) the authority must make the payment as required under subdivision 4 ; and - (b) the lessor or provider is the interested person for the payment.
