### sec.128 Application only by lessor or provider This section applies if the application is made only by the lessor or provider. If the application directs that a payment be made to the contributor, the authority must make the payment. If the application directs that a payment be made to the lessor or provider— the authority must make the payment as required under subdivision 4 ; and the contributor is the interested person for the payment. s 128 amd 2021 No. 19 s 107 s ch 1 pt 1 (sec.128-ssec.1) This section applies if the application is made only by the lessor or provider. (sec.128-ssec.2) If the application directs that a payment be made to the contributor, the authority must make the payment.
