71H Definitions—pt 5B operator, of a residential park, means the person who manages, controls or otherwise operates the residential park, including by granting rights of occupancy under a residential park agreement, whether or not the person is the owner of the residential park. residential park agreement means a residential tenancy agreement or an occupancy agreement in relation to a manufactured home or a mobile home that is located in a residential park and includes a site site agreement means an agreement under which an operator grants another person, for value, a right to occupy a site in the operator’s residential park, for the purpose of placing a manufactured home or a mobile home on the site for use as a home.
