71F Regulations about occupancy agreements (1) A regulation may make provision in relation to occupancy agreements, including, for example, standard occupancy terms. Note Power under an Act to make a regulation includes power to make different provision for different classes of matters (see Legislation Act, s 48 (1) (a)). (2) A regulation about standard occupancy terms must be consistent with the occupancy principles.
