### sec.95 Production of instrument of appointment for inspection This section applies if— an administrator is exercising, or proposes to exercise, a power given under this part; and a person at the registered premises asks the administrator to produce the administrator’s instrument of appointment for the person’s inspection. The administrator must comply with the request.
