### sec.91 Administrator’s function
The function of an administrator appointed to a registered service is to provide services to residents, under the terms of the appointment, that the service provider has agreed to provide in the course of the registered service.
The appointment must state—
the services to be provided; and
the way in which, or extent to which, the services are to be provided.
