### sec.81A Notification of death of resident
This section applies to a service provider for a residential service that is accredited at level 3 if a resident in the service dies.
The service provider must give the chief executive a notice, in the approved form, within 7 days after becoming aware of the death, unless the service provider has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
