### sec.41 Meaning of accreditation decision The chief executive is making an accreditation decision , at a stated level, about a residential service if the chief executive is deciding— whether to accredit the service at that level and, if so, for what period; or the conditions that are to apply to the accreditation, or renewal of accreditation, of the service at that level; or whether to renew, cancel or amend the accreditation of the service at that level. s 41 amd 2017 No. 42 s 69 - (a) whether to accredit the service at that level and, if so, for what period; or - (b) the conditions that are to apply to the accreditation, or renewal of accreditation, of the service at that level; or - (c) whether to renew, cancel or amend the accreditation of the service at that level.
