### sec.30 Appeal
This section applies to an application under section 29 if—
the local government decides the premises do not comply with the prescribed building requirements; or
the local government does not decide the application within 20 business days after receiving it (the decision period ).
The applicant may appeal to a development tribunal under the Planning Act .
The appeal must be started within 20 business days after—
notice of the decision is given to the person; or
if the application is not decided, the last day of the decision period.

(sec.30-ssec.1) This section applies to an application under section 29 if— the local government decides the premises do not comply with the prescribed building requirements; or the local government does not decide the application within 20 business days after receiving it (the decision period ).
