### sec.196 Continuing service with personal care service only
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement day, a personal care service but not a food service was being provided in the course of the continuing service.
For section 35, the due day for applying for the level 1 accreditation of the service is the day that is 2 years after the commencement day.
For section 38, the due day for applying for the level 3 accreditation of the service is the day that is 2 years after the commencement day.
(sec.196-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement day, a personal care service but not a food service was being provided in the course of the continuing service.
