### sec.194 Continuing service with no food service or personal care service This section applies if, immediately before the commencement day, neither a food service nor a personal care service was being provided in the course of the continuing service. For section 35, the due day for applying for the level 1 accreditation of the service is the day that is 4 years after the commencement day.
