### sec.185 Definitions for pt 13 In this part— apply for accreditation , of a continuing service, means apply under part 3 for accreditation of the service. apply for registration , of a continuing service, means apply under part 2 for registration of the service. commencement day means the day this part commences. continuing service means a residential service that was being conducted immediately before the commencement day. due day — for applying for registration of a continuing service, see section 186 ; or for applying for accreditation of a continuing service, see division 3 . - (a) for applying for registration of a continuing service, see section 186 ; or - (b) for applying for accreditation of a continuing service, see division 3 .
