### sec.18 Definitions for div 4
In this division—
applicant means—
an applicant for registration of a residential service; and
an applicant to become the service provider for a residential service that is already registered.
service provider includes an applicant.
- (a) an applicant for registration of a residential service; and
- (b) an applicant to become the service provider for a residential service that is already registered.
