### sec.178 Corresponding laws
This section applies if, in the course of carrying out a function or exercising a power under this Act, the chief executive gains information that the chief executive reasonably believes is relevant to the administration of a law of another State about the conduct of residential services.
The chief executive may give the information to the chief executive of the department in which that law is administered.
(sec.178-ssec.1) This section applies if, in the course of carrying out a function or exercising a power under this Act, the chief executive gains information that the chief executive reasonably believes is relevant to the administration of a law of another State about the conduct of residential services.
(sec.178-ssec.2) The chief executive may give the information to the chief executive of the department in which that law is administered.
