### sec.155 Chief executive must give notice after making reviewable decision
Immediately after making a reviewable decision, the chief executive must give to the interested person a notice stating—
the reasons for the decision; and
that, within 28 days after receiving the notice, the interested person may apply to the chief executive for internal review of the decision; and
how the interested person may apply for internal review; and
that, if the interested person applies for internal review of the decision and the matter is not resolved on the internal review, the interested person may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to QCAT for a review of the decision.
The chief executive may give a notice for the purpose of complying with subsection (1) and for another purpose.
If the chief executive decides an application for the level 2 accreditation of a residential service by refusing to accredit the service at that level, the chief executive may give the applicant a notice stating—
the matters required to be stated under subsection (1) about the decision; and
for section 47 (6) (b) , the day by which the applicant must stop providing the food service.
Subsection (1) does not apply if the chief executive can not locate the interested person after making reasonable enquiries.
