### sec.12 Registration certificate
Immediately after registering a residential service, the chief executive must give the service provider a registration certificate stating the following—
the service provider’s name;
the name of any associates of the service provider;
the address for the service of notices on the service provider;
the address of the registered premises;
the maximum number of residents permitted to occupy the registered premises under the prescribed building requirements;
the day of registration.
If the service provider notifies the chief executive of a change in information recorded in the registration certificate, the chief executive may amend the registration certificate to record the correct information.
