### sec.102 Appointment The chief executive may appoint a person as an associated accreditation officer if— the chief executive is satisfied the person has the necessary expertise or experience to be an associated accreditation officer; or the person has satisfactorily completed the training approved by the chief executive. - (a) the chief executive is satisfied the person has the necessary expertise or experience to be an associated accreditation officer; or - (b) the person has satisfactorily completed the training approved by the chief executive.
