### sec.101 Service provider who can not be located
This section applies to—
a requirement under this part that the chief executive or an administrator give information to a service provider; or
a requirement under the QCAT Act that the chief executive serve a document on a service provider.
The requirement does not apply if the chief executive or administrator can not locate the service provider after making reasonable enquiries.

(sec.101-ssec.1) This section applies to— a requirement under this part that the chief executive or an administrator give information to a service provider; or a requirement under the QCAT Act that the chief executive serve a document on a service provider.
(sec.101-ssec.2) The requirement does not apply if the chief executive or administrator can not locate the service provider after making reasonable enquiries.
