### sec.42 Identity card
The chairperson of the NHMRC Licensing Committee must issue an identity card to an inspector.
The identity card—
must be in the form prescribed by the regulations under the Commonwealth Act; and
must contain a recent photograph of the inspector.
If a person to whom an identity card has been issued ceases to be an inspector, the person must return the identity card to the chairperson of the NHMRC Licensing Committee as soon as practicable.
Maximum penalty—1 penalty unit.
An inspector must carry his or her identity card at all times when exercising powers or performing functions as an inspector.
(sec.42-ssec.1) The chairperson of the NHMRC Licensing Committee must issue an identity card to an inspector.
(sec.42-ssec.2) The identity card— must be in the form prescribed by the regulations under the Commonwealth Act; and must contain a recent photograph of the inspector.
