### sec.33 Owner of land given notice of amendment or withdrawal This section applies if— an assessment application is not notifiable; and the applicant is not the owner of the land; and the application is amended under section 31 or withdrawn under section 32 . The applicant must give the owner notice of the amendment or withdrawal within the prescribed time frame. (sec.33-ssec.1) This section applies if— an assessment application is not notifiable; and the applicant is not the owner of the land; and the application is amended under section 31 or withdrawn under section 32 . (sec.33-ssec.2) The applicant must give the owner notice of the amendment or withdrawal within the prescribed time frame. - (a) an assessment application is not notifiable; and - (b) the applicant is not the owner of the land; and - (c) the application is amended under section 31 or withdrawn under section 32 .
