### sec.32 Withdrawal of application
The applicant may give the chief executive a notice withdrawing an assessment application at any time before it is decided.
The withdrawal takes effect when the notice is given.
The chief executive may, but need not, refund all or part of any fee paid for the application if it is withdrawn.
