### sec.29 Requirements for making assessment application
An assessment application must be—
made to the chief executive in the approved form; and
accompanied by a report—
assessing the resource activity or regulated activity’s impact on the area of regional interest; and
identifying any constraints on the configuration or operation of the activity; and
accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.

- (b) accompanied by a report— (i) assessing the resource activity or regulated activity’s impact on the area of regional interest; and (ii) identifying any constraints on the configuration or operation of the activity; and
