### sec.96D Inspection and supply of copies of returns The commission must keep a copy of each return given under this part. Anyone is entitled to read the copy. The commission must, on request, make the copy available for a person’s inspection. A person is entitled, on payment of the prescribed fee, to get a copy of a return mentioned in subsection (1) . s 96D ins 2002 No. 8 s 73 (sec.96D-ssec.1) The commission must keep a copy of each return given under this part.
