### sec.96C Combined returns
If—
the voting at 2 or more referendums took place on the same day; and
a person would, apart from this subsection, be required to give 2 or more returns under this part relating to the referendums;
the person may, instead of giving the returns, give 1 return, in an approved form, stating the particulars that he or she would have been required to state in the returns.
If—
a return is given by a person under subsection (1) ; and
a matter details of which are required to be stated in the return relates to more than 1 referendum;
it is sufficient compliance with this part if the return states details of the matter without showing the extent to which the matter relates to any particular referendum.
