### sec.83 Failure to give, post or send documents for someone else
If a person is given a request in the approved form under section 30 or 31 to give to the commission or a returning officer, the person must promptly give the request to the commission or returning officer, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units or 6 months imprisonment.
If a person is given a declaration envelope under section 30 (8) (d) (ii) to post or send to the commission or returning officer, the person must promptly post or send it to the commission or returning officer, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
