### sec.37 Preliminary and official counting of votes
The commission must arrange for votes to be counted—
on the polling day for the referendum—in accordance with section 38 ; and
after the polling day for the referendum—in accordance with section 39 ; and
in accordance with the procedures made under section 41A .
