### sec.13 More than 1 referendum on the same day
This section applies if more than 1 referendum is to be held on the same day.
All arguments required to be published under section 12 (1) or (2) in a pamphlet or newspaper must be published in the same pamphlet or newspaper at the same time.
An argument in favour of a particular Bill or question may be more than 1,000 words if the average number of words for all arguments in favour of the Bills and questions is not more than 1,000.
An argument against a particular Bill or question may be more than 1,000 words if the average number of words for all arguments against the Bills and questions is not more than 1,000.
Subsections (3) and (4) have effect despite section 11 (1) (a) or section 11 (2) (a) .
