### sec.63 Grant of exemption under fee exemption application
If the chief executive decides to grant the exemption to which a fee exemption application relates, the chief executive must give the applicant a notice stating—
the permit to which the exemption applies; and
if the chief executive has imposed any conditions on the exemption—
the conditions; and
the reasons for the conditions.
