### sec.62 Deciding fee exemption application
The chief executive must consider each fee exemption application and either—
grant the application, with or without conditions decided by the chief executive; or
refuse the application.
- (a) grant the application, with or without conditions decided by the chief executive; or
- (b) refuse the application.
