### sec.47 Giving records to chief executive—commercial activity permits
Each record made under section 45 for a commercial activity permit must be given to the chief executive—
in the approved form; and
for each prescribed period for the permit; and
within 20 business days after the end of each prescribed period for the permit.
Subsection (1) applies even if no activities were conducted under the commercial activity permit or the permit ended during the prescribed period.
In this section—
prescribed period , for a commercial activity permit, means—
if the chief executive gives the holder of the permit a notice stating each prescribed period for the permit—each stated period; or
otherwise—each quarter of a financial year starting at the beginning of the first quarter after the permit is granted.

- (a) in the approved form; and
- (b) for each prescribed period for the permit; and
- (c) within 20 business days after the end of each prescribed period for the permit.

- (b) otherwise—each quarter of a financial year starting at the beginning of the first quarter after the permit is granted.
