### sec.45 Information to be included in records The holder of a recorded activity permit must make a record of the following information about each activity authorised and conducted under the permit— a description of the activity; the date the activity is conducted; the sites visited or used for conducting the activity; if the permit is a commercial activity permit—the number of clients who took part in the activity; if the permit is an organised event permit—the number of persons who took part in the activity; if the permit states the activity is a vehicle-based activity—the number of vehicles used for the activity; if camping is conducted under the permit—the number of persons camping under the permit. The information for each activity must be recorded before the end of each day on which the activity is conducted.
