### sec.36 Complying with direction about litter
If an authorised officer reasonably considers it is necessary or desirable, the officer may give an oral or written direction to a person to remove the person’s litter from a recreation area even if there is a litter bin in the area.
when all the litter bins in a recreation area are full
The person must comply with the direction.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
