### sec.87 Steps to be taken after application decided
If, after negotiation, the chief executive decides to enter into a commercial activity agreement, the chief executive must, as soon as practicable after making the decision, enter into the agreement with the applicant.
If, after negotiation, the chief executive decides to refuse to enter into a commercial activity agreement, the chief executive must, within 10 business days after making the decision, give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
(sec.87-ssec.1) If, after negotiation, the chief executive decides to enter into a commercial activity agreement, the chief executive must, as soon as practicable after making the decision, enter into the agreement with the applicant.
(sec.87-ssec.2) If, after negotiation, the chief executive decides to refuse to enter into a commercial activity agreement, the chief executive must, within 10 business days after making the decision, give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
