### sec.86 Negotiating application for commercial activity agreement
The chief executive must consider each application for a commercial activity agreement and decide—
to negotiate the signing of a commercial activity agreement for the application; or
to refuse to negotiate the signing of a commercial activity agreement for the application.
The chief executive must give the applicant written notice of the decision within 10 business days of making the decision.
If the decision is a refusal under subsection (1) (b) , the notice must be an information notice.
(sec.86-ssec.1) The chief executive must consider each application for a commercial activity agreement and decide— to negotiate the signing of a commercial activity agreement for the application; or to refuse to negotiate the signing of a commercial activity agreement for the application.
