### sec.69 Chief executive may enter into commercial activity agreement The chief executive may, for the State, enter into an agreement (a commercial activity agreement ) with a person authorising the person to conduct a commercial activity in a recreation area. The chief executive may enter into the agreement in any 1 or more of the following ways— by using an expression of interest process under division 2 for entering into the agreement; by using an application process under division 3 for entering into the agreement; by entering into the agreement with the holder of a commercial activity permit for the activity for the area. The commercial activity agreement may be combined with either or both of the following— a commercial activity agreement entered into with the person under the Nature Conservation Act 1992 ; a commercial activity agreement entered into with the person under the Marine Parks Act 2004 . s 69 amd 2013 No. 55 s 92 (sec.69-ssec.1) The chief executive may, for the State, enter into an agreement (a commercial activity agreement ) with a person authorising the person to conduct a commercial activity in a recreation area.
