### sec.49 How to obtain a commercial activity permit
An application for a commercial activity permit must be—
made to the chief executive in the approved form; and
supported by sufficient information to enable the chief executive to decide the application; and
accompanied by the application and permit fees.
Information in the application must, if the approved form requires, be verified by a statutory declaration.
