### sec.30 When approved amendment has effect
The approved amendment has effect on and from the later of the following days—
the day the gazette notice approving the amendment is published;
the commencement day stated in the amendment.
- (a) the day the gazette notice approving the amendment is published;
- (b) the commencement day stated in the amendment.
