sec.29Approval of amendment

### sec.29 Approval of amendment If the final amendment has been prepared under this division, the following person may, by gazette notice, approve the final amendment— if the final amendment is an amendment to which section 27 applies—the Minister; or otherwise—the Governor in Council. The gazette notice must state where a copy of the approved final amendment is available for inspection. s 29 sub 2013 No. 55 s 89 (sec.29-ssec.1) If the final amendment has been prepared under this division, the following person may, by gazette notice, approve the final amendment— if the final amendment is an amendment to which section 27 applies—the Minister; or otherwise—the Governor in Council.
