### sec.165 Failure to give name or address
A person of whom a requirement is made under section 164 (1) or (3) must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
A person does not commit an offence against subsection (1) if—
the requirement was given because the officer suspected the person had committed an offence against this Act; and
the person is not proved to have committed the offence.
