### sec.18 Evidence—failure to comply with provisions Unless it is proved that a failure to comply with a provision of this regulation substantially affected an analysis of breath or saliva, or the result of a laboratory test of a specimen of saliva or blood, it is to be presumed the failure did not in any way affect the result of the analysis or test.
